The Royal Agricultural Society (RAS) of NSW operates Sydney Showground, the Australasian Animal Register and the Australian Agricultural Archives. We also run the Sydney Royal Easter Show and the Sydney Royal Wine, Dairy and Fine Food Shows.

We have 130 full time staff and this number swells in the lead up to some of our major events. Our venue operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. With hundreds of events annually Sydney Showground offers the perfect environment to further your hospitality career. There are many front of house and back of house opportunities for employment in banqueting including kitchen, public catering areas such as exhibition hall cafes, general food outlets and public bars.

Aside from catering, employment opportunities also exist in the following areas: security, venue maintenance, event management, marketing, sales and many other interesting roles.
