All you have to do is hold an event at Sydney Showground before 31 December 2009, and book before

1 September 2009, and you'll be entered into a prize draw to win dinner on us.

In our kitchen, Sydney Showground Executive Chef, Tim Browne, will prepare a 3 course meal for 8 people featuring Sydney Royal Gold medal winning products. We'll even throw in some award winning wines to wash down this sumptuous feast!

Terms and conditions of entry

“DINNER ON US COMPETITION”
NSW Permit No. LTPN/09/05751

1. Information on how to enter the competition and prizes awarded form part of the conditions of entry.

2. Entry is open to NSW residents aged 18 and over and business entities only who book an event before 31st August 2009 and intend to hold that event at Sydney Showground before 31st December 2009.

3. Sydney Showground will automatically enter applicants who comply to the entry requirements in point 2.

4. The prize is dinner for 8 people cooked by Executive Chef Tim Brown to be held at an agreed date at Sydney Showground. Dinner is a 3 course meal including alcohol. The prize is valued at $800.

5. Competition commences Monday 29th June 2009 at 9.00am.

6. Entries close at 5pm on 31st August 2009. Any event bookings made after this date and time will not be accepted as competition entries.

7. Prize winners will be decided by a random draw at 1 Showground Road, Sydney Olympic Park on Tuesday 1st September 2009 at 12noon and notified by 1.00pm on this date. The draw will be attended by 3 permanent RAS staff.

8. The RAS’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners not available to accept their prize will forfeit their prize. Another winner will be decided by random draw and will be announced.

9. The prize is not redeemable for cash. The prize is non-transferable and must be used by 31st December 2009.

10. The prize winner will be contacted by phone at 1.00pm and once confirmation is received from the winner, the winner will be listed on the Sydney Showground website www.sydneyshowground.com.au and may also be used for other marketing purposes.

11. The Promoter of this competition is the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW ABN 69 793 644 351 trading as Sydney Showground. Permit number: LTPN/09/05751.

This information will be published in RAS publications and could be made available to other third parties for the purpose of promoting the RAS, competition entrants or as otherwise allocated under the Privacy Act 1988. Information will not be disclosed without the Entrant’s consent for any other purpose unless required by law.
