Our catering philosophy emphasises fresh seasonal local produce and exceptional value for money. Every menu reflects the colour, excellence and diversity of Australia’s culture and produce. All menu selections feature the finest available ingredients sourced daily from Sydney’s premier growers' market and a comprehensive wine list has been assembled to complement your menu, including a number of medal-winning wines.
Our Executive Chef, Tim Browne and his team can create a menu specifically tailored for your event and requirements, from breakfasts, lunches and gourmet BBQ’s, to dinners for 50 to 5,000 guests.
