Event Planning and Management

Our staff work with you from the outset, providing advice on the venue and logistics, as well as preliminary costings for food and beverage in the early planning stages. After your event is contracted, a dedicated Event Manager looks after the overall planning, including finalising all set up details, catering requirements, financial arrangements and other operational matters such as security, cleaning and site requirements during the bump in and bump out process.

Our team has worked closely with some of Australia’s top corporate clients including Woolworths, Pfizer, Coles Myer, Australian Rugby Union and Commonwealth Bank, giving us the experience you need to ensure that your event works.

Catering

Whether it’s a gourmet BBQ, breakfast for 50, or a banquet dinner for 5,000, our award winning catering team will create a memorable meal perfectly suited to your event.

With fresh seasonal produce sourced daily from Sydney’s premier growers’ market, and a comprehensive wine list, Executive Chef Bryan Fawcett and his team bring the best in local flavours to every event.

Alternatively, you may choose to open an account at one of the many cafes or restaurants at the Showground.

Telecommunications, Audiovisual and IT Services

Sydney Showground has a team that can assist you with all your requirements – including providing you with a dedicated telephone line, eftpos connection, broadband, or the facilities you need to deliver a state of the art audiovisual presentation. Contact us to find out more.

Water & Waste and Compressed Air

We can assist you with all your logistical requirements, including supplying your stand with water and waste (for example to fill a spa or pond), or compressed air.

Our staff will work with you in planning bump out and bump in for your event, and with easy vehicle access to venues and state of the art loading docks, you can be assured of a hassle-free process.
