With a capacity of 15,000 for sporting events and up to 30,000 for concerts, the Main Arena is the premier venue for major outdoor events. It also has eight function rooms with floor to ceiling city skyline views – perfect for banquets from 20 to 260 guests.

An architectural masterpiece, The Dome is one of the largest clear space venues in Australia, measuring 97 metres in diameter and 42 metres in height. It has 7,200 square metres of floor space, but when it is combined with the adjoining Halls, this can be expanded to 21,600 square metres. With state of the art AV and technology capabilities, rigging and easy loading dock access, The Dome is the ultimate venue for spectacular events on a grand scale.

Located adjacent to The Dome, the Exhibition Halls are custom built to accommodate small and large trade shows. A dramatic building with a sweeping quarter circle design, the Southee Complex is perfect for a gala dinner, cocktails or a corporate banquet. With its seminar and break-out rooms, the building is also an excellent conference venue. The adjacent courtyard is popular for pre-dinner drinks, entertainment, or as an ideal setting for a gourmet BBQ. The Southee Complex has 1,360 square metres of floor space and is situated on the two main access roads to The Showground.
