  • Where is the closest parking located?

There are a number of parking stations available around Sydney Olympic Park. The closest to GIANTS Stadium are P1, P5 & P6.

For major events, we recommend pre-booking parking through Sydney Olympic Park Authority.

  • Is there accessible parking nearby?

Yes, Sydney Olympic Park have a variety of parking options available

  • Can I ride my bicycle to the stadium? Do you have bicycle parking?

Yes, bicycle parking is available on Grand Pde at Cathy Freeman Park. Bicycles cannot be brought into the stadium.

 

  • Where is the nearest taxi rank?

The closest taxi rank is located near the Novotel Hotel on Herb Elliot Ave.

 

  • Can I order a ride share company (i.e. Uber) from the stadium?

Yes, but pick up locations may vary depending on road closures in Sydney Olympic Park. Please contact your ride share operator for further information.

 

  • How many people does GIANTS Stadium seat?

24,000 in sport mode

Up to 45,000 in concert mode

 

  • Are there water refill stations inside the stadium?

Refill stations are available inside Gate A & Gate D. Additional facilities may be available depending on the event.

 

  • Is there a parents’ room and baby changing facilities in the stadium?

Yes, parents’ room facilities are available on the outer concourse behind the Members Stand. All accessible toilets are also fitted with change tables.

  • Do you have wheelchairs available for hire?

We do not have wheelchairs for hire, but if you require assistance to your seat, gate staff are able to assist with a wheelchair.

 

  • Do you have a prayer room?

Yes, but the location of this space may change depending on the event. Event staff are able to assist with access to the space on an event day.

  • Are there ATMs inside the stadium?

Yes, ATM facilities are located on the outer concourse between Members Stand and Sydney Royal Stand. All outlets accept card payments.

 

  • Can I bring a pram into the stadium?

Yes, prams are able to be brought into the stadium. Prams are required to be folded and placed under your seat or left in one of the designated pram bays located near aisles 201, 221, 402 and 431

 

  • Do you operate a cloak room?

For all sporting events, there are cloak room facilities available in Members Foyer (accessible via Members Stand).

  • Can I buy merchandise at the stadium?

For all sporting events, merchandise is available inside Gate D and near aisle 229 (Sydney Royal Stand). Additional outlets may be available depending on the event.

  • Is there first aid at the venue?

Yes, first aid is available for all stadium events. For sporting events, first aid is located under the scoreboard.

Security and event staff can also assist with arranging first aid.

  • Can I smoke in the venue?

Smoking on the inner concourse and seating bowl is not permitted. Smoking areas are located on the outer concourse near aisles 223, 231 and the smoking area located near Gate A Sail Bar.

 

  • What if I need accessible seating?

There are a variety of accessible seating options in the stadium. It best to contact the ticketing provider for the event to book accessible seating. Event staff can also assist on the day if required.

  • Is there alcohol-free seating?

Alcohol-free seating is available for sporting events. To secure seats in this area, simply choose the 'Alcohol-free' seating option when purchasing tickets. If you have already purchased your ticket but wish to sit in alcohol free please speak with customer service staff on the day who will assist with accessing alcohol free

 

  • Can I bring food and beverages into the stadium?
    Commercially prepared food (i.e. food purchased from external caterers, including recognised commercial food brands) cannot be brought in. You can however bring in non commercially prepared foods (i.e. food prepared at home, sandwiches, kids snacks)

  • Can I bring an esky?

For sporting events, eskies can be brought in, but must be able to fit under your seat. Please note all eskies are subject to security screening on entry.

  • Can bring in a thermos with coffee/tea/hot chocolate?

Yes, however please note it will be subject to security screening at gates.

  • Can I bring water in?

Patrons are able to bring in 1 sealed bottle of water for sporting events.

  • Do you have pass outs?

For most stadium events, pass outs are not required. Please contact the venue to confirm pass out details for a specific event.
