Over 1.5 million people visit Sydney Showground each year to attend events as diverse as the Sydney Royal Easter Show, outdoor music concerts, conferences, public and trade fairs and gala dinners.

Sydney Showground is located only 30 minutes from the CBD and 10 minutes from Parramatta. Getting to us is easy, with a train station at our door, a bus service from all areas of Sydney, ferries from the CBD and Parramatta, and parking for 10,000 cars. If you need to stay nearby, we are only a two minute walk to Novotel and Ibis hotels at Sydney Olympic Park.

Once you are here, why not enjoy the many attractions Sydney Olympic Park has to offer. Why not take a Wetlands Tour of Bicentennial Park, or a Bicycle Tour of Sydney Olympic Park? Visit the Sydney International Aquatic Centre, followed by lunch at one of the cafes or licensed restaurants; or simply enjoy the parklands, walking tracks and picnic areas.

Our many other attractions include the Sydney Olympic Park Visitor Information Centre; Tours of Stadium Australia, Acer Arena; and an Olympic Explorer Bus Tour. There are courts for hire at the NSW Tennis Centre, and you can also visit the Hall of Champions at the State Sports Centre.

The Stables at Sydney Showground

The Stables is a magnificent timber pavilion within Sydney Showground featuring a ground floor heritage-themed space permanently occupied by Austalian icon company R.M.Williams - the Bush Outfitter. The ground floor experience includes four stables that house the R.M. Williams horse team, horse-drawn vehicles, authenitic bush items from the R.M. Williams Museum horse team, horse-drawn vehicles, authentic bush items from the R.M.Williams Museum Collection and an R.M.Williams Retail Store. R.M.Williams can host special events in the ground floor space as well as host group visits and tours.
