A Men’s Wellbeing Experience
On the ENGIE Stadium pitch | Sydney Showground | March
This is not a talk.
This is not therapy.
This is a 3-hour reset designed for men who are carrying a lot - and rarely stop.
Held on the ENGIE Stadium pitch, this immersive Men’s Wellbeing Event brings men together in a powerful, grounded environment to reset their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves, and leave with practical tools they can actually use in everyday life.
Created for everyday men - fathers, partners, professionals, tradies, leaders - this experience focuses on preventative mental health, stress regulation, resilience, and performance, without stigma, labels, or “wellbeing fluff.”
What makes this event different
